Is it safe to download this Free world of warcraft guide?

It may be safe, but there are two things to be concerned about here.
1) Does it contain a virus? To make sure, run a virus scan on the immediately after download. Right click >> scan file for viruses
2) Is it approved / endorsed by Blizzard? Blizzard sees some "add ons" as hacks and will permanently ban you.
But yes, there are some amazing add ons out there. Many are not worth your hard earned cash, but a few are.

Earn Lots of WoW Gold Selling Rare Pets
One of the best ways to earn big amounts of WoW gold is by selling very rare pets. There are a few pets that only drop from certain mobs.
One of them is the Hyacinth Macaw. It is only dropped by the pirates at Stranglethorn Vale. With enough luck, you could see one of them, and... it can be sold by thousands of gold!
People can be mistaken for the fact that, being at a low drop rate, it is still a white item, and it can be seen on the auction house being sold for a price far lower than it is truly worth.
Of course, you could apply some marketing strategy here and buy it, then relist for a more appropriate price. That means, more WoW gold in your pockets!
Did you ever see a chicken pet? Well, I'm actually gonna tell you how you can get it. In the Westfall area, head to the Saldean's farm. Walk near to a chicken, anyone of all those, target it and do the /chicken emote to it several times.
When you have done it enough times, you'll get a message that the chicken is looking at you. The chicken will then have a quest! Accept it, go to the farmer, buy some special feed from him, and feed the chicken with it. Then, target it and do the /cheer emote.
The chicken will lay an egg. That will be your new rare pet!
